Easy Rotisserie Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

1 MEDIUM ONION, HALVED
1 YOUNG WHOLE CHICKEN (REMOVE GIBLETS AND NECK)
GARLIC SALT TO TASTE
SEA SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
OLIVE OIL TO LINE THE SLOW COOKER

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1
Place whole chicken on top of halved onion inside your Slow Cooker. I recommend prepping your slow cooker with EVOO.

Step 2
Shake the seasonings on top of the chicken or place them under the skin. Cook on low 4 hours or until chicken is Fully cooked (no pink).
