Non-scale victory! Logged my longest run in several years. Like, maybe 9 years? I used a variety of Moms Into Fitness calendars, supplementing running/biking/swimming for cardio workouts (because I was training for a sprint triathlon). That race got pushed back 4 months and I ended up joining a Ragnar relay race team and shifted my cardio to long distance running just a couple of weeks ago. Thanks to following calendars like Balanced Athlete, I felt confident I could make the switch without hurting myself. Just finished Balanced Athlete this week and debating doing it again or trying the new barre workout calendar. Love these flexible, functional calendars!
