It’s not just about weight loss, it is about gaining your inner confidence. It’s about having more energy. It’s about being the mom you always envisioned — playing at the park and running after your kiddos!

Completing these programs gave me confidence that I can find time to exercise, even when it seems difficult. It has helped me to be healthier, less critical of myself, and try to be a good fitness role model for my kids.

I love having my workout for the upcoming week(s) set up for me. I especially love how the videos are set up by DAY (day 1, day 2, etc), so I don’t have to consult a schedule. It’s already set up and ready for me to press play. I also love that the workouts are challenging but not punishing. I feel accomplished and sore the next day, but I don’t feel like I’ve been beat up.

I find myself scrolling through memory lane and just yesterday I realized that I have lost 85 . . . yes that’s right, 85 pounds with Moms into Fitness. It has been three and a half years and I still keep coming back for more every day.

I was doing the sweat–dripping–type workouts, finding I was lethargic an hour or two after a workout. A friend recommended Lindsay’s programs. This method is so new to me and I am completely amazed by results!

Thank you Moms Into Fitness for an awesome postpartum program that helps us rebuild our strength in a safe and effective manner!

I just wanted to say thank you for your positive attitude and encouragement throughout your videos. You are realistic and encouraging and you always make me feel like I can accomplish my goals. I love how you understand what being a mom is all about and it is a blessing to be able to participate in a fitness program whose leader has their priorities and heart in the right place!

Hubby and I did a 22 mile kayak trip yesterday, and I was able to keep up with his paddling pace! I was so thankful for all of Lindsay’s shoulder, back, and core workouts!! I think my hubby is more sore today than I am!

I have never, and I mean never, stuck with working out. It’s been a full year and I’ve yet to be bored. I say this from the bottom of my heart, your program means so much to me and I can’t thank you enough for helping me in this health journey.

Two years ago, in the best shape of my life, my health took a nose dive. I’m so grateful for MIF, so encouraging, even on the days I had to pause 12 times. This hike took us 3 hours and I still felt great. Life circumstances will definitely shift your perspective. Health is no longer a body image thing for me. I’m so grateful to be where I am today!

This is my third pregnancy working out with your programs and also the in between times. I am continually blessed by each workout I am able to squeeze in and maintain an active, healthy mamma lifestyle!

I got my green stripe in Taekwondo today. Doing martial arts has been a childhood dream of mine. MIF has been so helpful with this. The Barre programs, especially, helped to strengthen all the muscles needed for the kicks — the core workouts and cues were essential!

I cannot express to you how much your particular style of leading workouts speaks to me. I’m thankful DAILY. You have had a huge hand in changing my mindset around exercise and eating. I consider it the biggest victory of all that I now WANT to exercise.

Ran a 5k this morning and placed 3rd in my age group.Thank you Lindsay Brin because your programs keep me in a baseline of fitness that I can do this! (I am not a runner and typically do not run for exercise).
