I love having my workout for the upcoming week(s) set up for me. I especially love how the videos are set up by DAY (day 1, day 2, etc), so I don’t have to consult a schedule. It’s already set up and ready for me to press play. I also love that the workouts are challenging but not punishing. I feel accomplished and sore the next day, but I don’t feel like I’ve been beat up.

I got my green stripe in Taekwondo today. Doing martial arts has been a childhood dream of mine. MIF has been so helpful with this. The Barre programs, especially, helped to strengthen all the muscles needed for the kicks — the core workouts and cues were essential!
