This 3–week focus group begins on Monday, October 30th! We will be following the NEW weekly schedule.
What You Get:
- 1:1 food journal review and dietetic advice from Stephanie M., R.D. (first 100 registrations). As you can probably imagine the 1:1 food journals are time consuming, so even though we dislike having a cutoff, it is necessary. If you’re reading this it means you got in after the cutoff. That said … we’d still love for you to be a part of the focus group! You will receive all of the same materials, except the food journal.
- 7 day anti-inflammatory meal plan written by our registered dietitian
- Option of 4 different tracks – 3x per week, 4x per week, 4x per week with cardio, 5x per week with cardio
- New and repeat workouts each week
- This program is for all levels, but if you’re pregnant, postnatal or have diastasis recti, we suggest you focus on those programs
What We Need From You:
- Jot down your “before” measurements…so you can see your final results.
- After Photo with 1-2 sentences describing your results, we like to call these NSV’s. We’d love to share your successes with others:-)
- 3–minute survey. This will be sent out at the end of week 3, right before the week of Thanksgiving.
