On page introduction xvii we refer to Twins and Exercise. Throughout the book there are many references to Twin Pregnancies and Exercise. While we stand by some of our recommendations, and of course getting extra special permission from you OB, we no longer recommend following the Exercise Program. This is due to insufficient research.
