INGREDIENTS:

1 LARGE CUCUMBER, CUBED
4-5 RIPE ROMA TOMATOES, CUBED
1 LARGE RED PEPPER, DE-SEEDED & CHOPPED
½ SMALL RED ONION, THINLY SLICED
15 OZ CAN GARBANZO BEANS (rinsed and drained)
OPTIONAL: CHOPPED OLIVES , FETA CHEESE CRUMBLES
5 TBSP STORE BOUGHT RED WINE VINEGAR DRESSING

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1:
Combine veggies and beans drizzle with dressing.

STEP 2:
Add dressing and toss to continue.

Enjoy immediately or refrigerate.
