After giving birth to my first I was so uncomfortable in my skin that I started to research online for the best workouts that focused on a woman’s body, even more so one that helped post pregnancy. And I found you! What a blessing it’s been especially since I’m not a “naturally” thin girl and I’ve always had to stay active to keep my weight down. Currently I’m only 2 months postpartum with my twins, so I know it will be a journey but I’m ready for it. I will send a progress picture once I complete the 3 months of the Postnatal Slimdown.
