I caught my reflection in the windows outside my husband’s office building yesterday and thought, “wow, it really does look like I’ve lost some weight!” I’ve worked out with MIF for 7 years now, consistently for the past 3-4 years. Lately my hubby has said my legs and hips specifically look more toned. But y’all, the scale hasn’t budged! So just remember, the scale doesn’t tell the full story!! I’m stronger, more toned (even in my trouble tummy area) and have better endurance. Thanks Moms Into Fitness – Lindsay Brin!!!
