This is a photo of me and my husband after we spent 5+ hours cleaning up our yard and two others post Hurricane Ida in a heat advisory with no power or air conditioning. These are the times I am so grateful to Lindsay for getting me in such good shape. I felt strong all day, despite all the heat and heavy lifting. And, I’m still feeling good this morning, amazingly enough, with no thrown out back to deal with on top of everything else. Thanks for all those functional exercises Lindsay Brin, from the bottom of my heart!!
