I can honestly say this is the first summer I have been confident in my legs! (You can semi see them reflected in my sunglasses.) They have shaped up so nicely from Barre Sport 1 & 2 and just overall consistent workouts. Also, they’re so strong, I was able to squat/hover over the porta potty at the lake rather than sit on it. Life skill win right there!
