I have had issues with chronic pelvic and back pain for the past 5 years (starting when I was pregnant with my first baby in 2011). I started this challenge with very little core strength, needing to rely on frequent visits to my physio and chiropractor, pain killers and far from healthy.

I used the Postnatal SlimDown program and cut out unnecessary foods/sugars..

Fast forward 30 days, I’m stronger, fitter and healthier than I’ve ever been. After only 30 days, I have lost a total of 14.85 inches (37.7cm – I’m Australian) & 4 pounds! (11.6 inches in the first 2 weeks and an additional 3.25 inches in the following 2 weeks) I am so much more confident; I enjoyed my first spray tan as a celebration of completing the 30 days. The whole shape of my tummy has changed, my posture is greatly improved, my core is strong and my chiropractor was amazed at my progress when I saw him today! I have had very minimal pain for the last 3 weeks! A breath of fresh air! I will definitely be continuing on the ‘Moms into Fitness’ journey!! Thank you Lindsay!
