Here at Moms Into Fitness, we seek balance. If you’re like me, you get overwhelmed by the latest “buzz” you hear and read regarding what to eat, what not to eat, how to feed your family, and on and on. We want to do what’s best for our family and for ourselves — we want to live a long, happy, healthy life without cutting out all the “fun.”
That’s where our registered dietitian steps in. She is here to give you sound nutritional advice, not the latest fad or “it worked for a friend” anecdotes. She will help you find that sweet spot based on her degree and 15 years working with moms!
As we settle into fall, life is just as busy as ever (I mean, does it ever really slow down? We know it doesn’t!). Kids are in school, activities are back in swing, and we’re flying full speed ahead toward Halloween, Thanksgiving, and (dare I say it?) Christmas.
In our fall meal plan, you will find comfort foods like soup and slow cooker dishes. You will also be cooking with pumpkin, squash, and tomatoes — all which provide an array of vitamins and minerals. As with most our meal plans, the focus is on easy ways to incorporate whole foods into your day. No counting calories and macros — make and eat knowing we’ve done the work for you! Inside you’ll find more than 30 delicious meals and snacks built around whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, lean meats, and legumes.
Our seasonal meal plans are a great compliment to the fitness programs in our Moms Into Fitness Studio. Sign up for your one week FREE trial of the Studio and you will get our Fall Meal Plan delivered to your inbox.
