Just wanted to share my results with you so far on my fitness journey after Baby #4! This is me four weeks postpartum when I started exercising again after having my Baby Girl and me on our beach vacation 3 months after baby. Your programs have helped me get here! I’m only 5 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight (and more importantly, feeling healthy and strong!). Couldn’t have done this without you! I am in better shape now than I’ve ever been, and I’ve been able to recover more quickly after each baby by working out with you pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, and post-pregnancy. I am so thankful for your workouts and positive energy! Hope you’ll keep making more and more workouts!
