I finished my first half marathon last Saturday Woo-Hoo! I credit your Pretty Fierce Weight Loss calendar (the calendar option with running) for helping me train, and being able to finish! I am feeling so great and I love your focus on core strength! I have really built up my core strength after having back surgery one year ago. I have never met you, but I love you! Thank you for creating such amazing programs that focus on mom’s needs. I have used Postnatal Boot Camp , Postnatal SlimDown and Pretty Fierce Weight Loss. They are amazing!
