I just want to say a huge thank you for the new balance fit and strong program! I was able to successfully complete it from 29 to 32 weeks pregnant. I absolutely loved the pace, challenge, attainability, and flow of these workouts. I was experiencing significant sciatic pain prior to starting this program and after a week to almost all the pain had subsided and I have not had any flareups since then.
This is my third pregnancy working out with your programs and also the in between times. I am continually blessed by each workout I am able to squeeze in and maintain an active, healthy mamma lifestyle!
