I have been doing Moms Into Fitness workouts since I was pregnant with my son about 6 years ago. I have had ups and downs in consistency with the workouts, but – in general – they have been a huge part of my life over these 6 years.
This last May, I felt really frustrated with my body. I was the biggest I’d ever been, having had my second baby, and I felt incredibly low energy and low motivation. I have listened to Lindsay talk about nutrition over and over again, and I foolishly felt like I didn’t need that part of it. But I felt so low that I decided to finally start listening. (Sorry it took so long, Lindsay!)
The first photo is the day I decided to take nutrition and my workouts more seriously. I weighed 163 pounds. The second photo was taken yesterday. I weigh 132 pounds, and am countless inches down in every place from where I was. But, much more important than how I look is how I feel. I have energy and motivation to be the mom I wanted to be. I have also learned to have a much healthier relationship with food, not really realizing before what an idol it had become in my life.
In between these two photos, I did 3 rounds of 30 Day Core and 1 full round of Pretty Fierce Extreme. I loved all of them, and I’m so thankful for how you’ve guided me every step of the way in this journey!
I plan to continue with your workouts, and I am slowly moving from weight loss to weight maintenance in my nutrition. I know that my lifestyle has changed dramatically, and I’m so thankful for the direction you all have given me!
