    Absolutely loved this program. As part of the R&D group I started this program after sitting at a plateau for almost 9 months. Lost 7 pounds and about 9 inches and 3 pant sizes. Love the short work outs. As a mom of 2 little boys I never had much time but could easily get these work out s in. Lindsey is so positive and motivating the whole time. Great program!

    This dvd is made for for Weight Loss, but does an AMAZING job of getting your hips, waist, thigh & shoulders into top shape. After being in the research & development trial, I lost 4 sizes in pants (lost 9+ inches over all) plus gained 5 inches in shoulders & the bootie. I only lost one pound, but after all that change I didn’t feel I needed any thing extra – just some major overhaul to what I already have. After having 7 kids in 11 years, I’m back to being able to keep up with life & still have extra for fun!

    I have been a fan of Lindays’ work out DVDs since having my baby two years back. Her workouts are straight to the point, quick and made especially for moms. The best part is that results can be seen within the first few weeks. Being chosen to be part of the R&D team of the Pretty Fierce program all I can say is WOW, I lost 3 inches within the first two weeks and 5kgs in two months. What’s also great about Lindsay is that her story is truly inspiring she is a mother herself and goes through the same woes all of us moms face, so she understands what workout works and what doesn’t.

    I have been a Lindsay Brin junkie for the past three and a half years, ever since I bought her Shed Five Fast DVD on Babysteals. The rest is history; I now have all of her DVD’s and downloads. Everything this woman puts out is awesome.

    I completed this Pretty Fierce program about two months ago. It is an excellent program. Lindsay stays true to her down to earth bubbly self, and even after doing the workouts over and over again, you don’t get sick of her! These workouts are tough, but attainable and provide results. Prior to starting this series, I felt like I hit a plateau. I was within 10 pounds of my goal wait and the scale just was not moving. This series got the scale to move and even better I lost inches in my hips/thighs and waist. I even received compliments from family on my arm muscles. It was exciting to watch my body gradually transform.

    The workouts are fun and provide variety, which is key for me. I get bored easily. Lindsay really knows what she is talking about and there is always a rhyme and reason behind her workouts. She stays up on the latest research so her workouts are always relevant and effective. She is great for everyone, but especially moms. She is a mother and knows how valuable our time is. She shows, through herself, that you can get your body back after kids. What I like is that she really focuses on working out smart, so you don’t have to commit two hours to working out every day to look good. She is about maximizing your time.

    I promise that once you try it you too will be hooked on Lindsay Brin. This is a purchase you will not regret!

    This program is very intense but yet super do-able for the busy, on-the go mom who wants to get her body back!     Lindsay Brin brings everything to the table on this one! I was fortunate enough to be chosen on the research and development team and already I’m line to purchase this when it is released. Although it is titled Weight Loss I definitely toned up as well! Within the first 3 weeks I had already lost 6 lbs and returned to my prebaby weight! These fun yet challenging workouts brought me to a new level and even boosted my confidence in myself and my abilities. Overall I lost 8 inches and 8 lbs and felt very fit at the end If you love Lindsay this will quickly become your new favorite! If you have never worked out with Lindsay, try it!, you’ll never go back! (I have used her Prenatal and postnatal DVD’s through all three of my pregnancies with great results every time)
    I will say one thing as a “heads up”, as with any program, the results are MUCH more dramatic and visible if you stick with Lindsay’s eating recommendations. The first three weeks I followed her recommendations to a “T” and noticed the most! When life go busy I didn’t do as well although still ate healthy, but results were just a little slower in coming.     Moms always want to lose weight after childbirth, but they usually don’t 1) have the time for it or 2) can’t find a program that works for them. With Pretty Fierce, you can lose 5 pounds or more easily, within the first 10 days, too! One thing I will never regret is buying this DVD package.     Let me begin by saying I am a fan of Lindsay brin and have been waiting for these DVDs to come out since this summer!

    A few things you have to know!

    1) Upon placing my order (I ordered both Weight Loss & Lean Out) I got an email with the first few workouts. I was so excited because I was already giving myself the excuse of “I will start eating better when I start the program”. SO this got me off on the right foot. Although I have to admit I watched the workouts first so I could decide which program to use. Lean Out looks hard and let me just say I was panting watching the first total body workout! So I started with Weight Loss. Even the Fit Test had me flat on my back!

    2) I was 3 days into the workout portal when my DVDs arrived. I did the Fit Test, Tabata and Cardio Plyometrics, holy smokes! Quick and efficient. The DVDs are top notch. Even the packaging is awesome. It’s like a cd case with those soft sleeves that we all use for our kids DVDs. So it fits nicely on my shelves and will last forever.

    3) The Meal Plan is totally doable. It does not deprive – although I have to admit going to low/no carbs after 4:00 is hard!

    4) I have not done it yet. But after 2 weeks of the meal plan you move to the nutrition portal. I watched the first video of the nutrition portal. Again totally doable! Things like not using artificial sweeteners and no BLTs. I know this will help me so I am never 30 lbs overweight on January 1st again!

    5) The Facebook Group is awesome.

    6) I am not a runner but tons of the ladies in the Facebook group are talking about how Lindsay is putting together a half marathon and triathlon training schedule to go with these workouts. That will be me goal in 4 months after I get through both of these 60 day programs!

    Words can not describe how amazing Lindsay’s workout program is! As soon as I ordered the DVD’s, I was sent an e-mail the same day. To my astonishment attached to the e-mail were the first three workout DVD’s I ordered. Not only that but I am still being shipped physical copies via USPS! This was a pleasant surprise as I could start on my journey to a better body right away! The workouts are stellar and will get your body back into shape. I have tried many workout DVD’s before and none of them were engaging and featured the same mundane exercises. Lindsay’s workout program is completely different from other lackluster workout regimens. For the first time I felt excited to workout and with Lindsay’s motivation, I felt as if she was my personal trainer and it was a one on one training session. This is not a cookie cutter program. This is a tailored workout program that will tone your body and get you into the best shape of your life. Not only are the workouts amazing, but so is the support you get from Lindsay.     I am really out of shape, but was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the first 2 weeks of the program. I am on week 3 and can already tell a huge difference in little things like going up the stairs without getting out of breath and playing with my kids and keeping up. And my scale is down 11 lbs!

    I recently downloaded Lindsay Brins’ Pretty Fierce Weight Loss program onto my kindle (handy dandy little gadget if you want to work out on the road), and WOW. This program made me realize how incredibly out of shape I really was. BUT that was ok, because the way the DVD’s are set up, you can customize your workout to one that’s comfortable to you. Not gonna lie, the Intro alone killed me in the first 4 minutes—I had to take a break, and the intro is just a 30 minute warm up! Luckily, Lindsay is really likeable, like a Michelle Duggar kind of likeable—she’s a little crazy, but you gotta love her, so it’s easy to go back to it. After I skipped the second “stack” of the intro, I jumped back into the third 8 minute segment and forced myself to finish, though I’m sure I skipped a couple of reps!
    From the Intro alone, I could tell this whole series would be rough. But that’s exactly what I need. After having two children and a pretty sedentary stay at home lifestyle, it’s beyond time to get back to taking care of myself. I was a high school volleyball coach before I had my kids, so the state I’m in is embarrassing to say the least.
    After I gave the Intro a couple tries, I was anxious to move onto some core exercises, since, quite frankly, I’m lazy and prefer these kinds of muscle workouts to cardio. It does not disappoint! After the Core A (there are multiple levels of core exercises included in this set), did my stomach burn. While I can’t even come close to being able to see my abs, I’m pretty sure they were quivering for the rest of the day. The next morning, I had a hard time getting out of bed. That’s a good kind of pain! I know if I stick to this program, which she has laid out on a handy dandy app, I’m going to see awesome results.
    Like most people, the sticking to it part is what is the hardest. Lindsay makes it easier than most, however, because of her personality. She is warm and caring, encouraging, but never cruel. She states multiple times throughout the series to listen to your body, and slow it down or modify the workout if you need to, just to keep you going. She explains the moves you’re going to be doing efficiently yet thoroughly, and you’ll be comfortable performing them even if you’re a totally uncoordinated klutz like me! Zumba is not something I could ever hope to do, but this gives you the same kind of cardio workout without the self consciousness.
    But wait, there’s more! There are so many different components to this particular set, I could go on forever, but I’ll just give a quick rundown of the rest.
    The yoga section- fabulous. If you’re looking for a test of strength that’s a little easier on your joints, then this is the block for you. It tests your balance and you can really feel your muscles working without so much jarring or huffing or puffing.
    Then there’s the Hybrid workout, which I think may have been my favorite, because it gave me a good cardio as well as weight training all in one, and the pace was really manageable. Lindsay gives you regular breathers in this portion, as well as demonstrates modified moves if you’re not quite ready for the full on workout.
    I’d recommend this set to anyone, partly because of the convenience of having the instant download on your iPad or Android device, partly for the app that’s available for it, and also for the fact that you can download sections of the workout a bit at a time for around $5 apiece, which is great for those on a budget. But most of all, I can tell that this regimen is going to get me results in an easy, encouraging way that doesn’t require a lot of fancy equipment, the coordination of a ballerina, and the tone of a drill sergeant. Overall, this is just a fantastic workout that was created with a lot of thought and care for the user.

    I have been following Lindsay ever since I found her Pregnancy DVDs at Target. She is not annoying which is so common amongst fitness DVDs. She is quite likeable. So much that I don’t even mind seeing her every morning at 5am.

    It starts my day off on the right foot. Being a stay at home mom that home schools it is a must for my sanity.

    This program was the perfect combination. I am on week 7 and down 12 pounds. Which is a big accomplishment for me! My goal is 15 pounds. Then I want to move to the Lean Out Program and start seeing my Ab muscles.

    I am not usually one to write a review, but when my best friend said she was doing a workout system in under 30 minutes I knew I needed to try it. I just downloaded 1 workout from the Moms Into Fitness App, I figured I could spend $7.99 and see if I would stick with it.

    3 weeks later I am sticking with it and got the full program. Results can be motivating! And being a stay at home mom I soooo needed something for me.

    It’s nice to know Lindsay battles all the same stuff I do. She is really personable, not annoying in the least bit. So that also makes it easy to work out with her every morning at 6am!

    I was desparate after the holidays to get rid of the 10 pounds I gained, plus the 10 I was carrying around before that. I seem to carry my wieght in my belly.

    With these workouts my core was sore every week. I love that there are 5 core workouts, the variety is great. And I could tell with each one I was getting stronger. I would never have been able to do Core E at the beginning. But 4 weeks into the program and going through Core A, B, C, D I did it. Although I had ot take breaks!

    The inner core method is something all moms need to learn. And this is a great place to start! because not only will your stomach tighten up, you WILL lose wieght too! I lost 9 pounds and 16 inches.

    I just finished the 60 day program. It was actually the first time I have stuck to any workout routine for more than a week, so that says something!

    I do not have anything to compare it to since it’s the first time I have stuck with it. Other than the DVDs I have picked up here and there at Target. Which became boring after doing them 3 times.

    There is a lot of variety, which kept me motivated! And seeing the scale drop 2-3 lbs every 2 weeks was also motivation. I think it is a great program and I hope to start the Lean Out Program next (and stick with it too)!

    I can’t tell you how glad I am I challenged myself with Lindsay Brin’s PFWL program. After having two kids back to back I was still carrying weight that I had never lost with my first pregnancy. I had pretty much told myself that I would never lose it and would just have to buy blousy tops that covered my problem areas (arms, back, waist) for the rest of my life. I am not one of those people that loves working out, and had a million excuses why i would never lose the weight – it’s too hard to find the time, I’m older now and it will be that much harder to get back in shape, I don’t want to get up early, etc. But I finally reached the point where I was tired of feeling uncomfortable in my clothes, etc. – and honestly wanted to do something for myself. Let me just say that these workouts are hard, but they are doable!!! They are made for moms that don’t have hours on end to workout. I was so nervous at first, but once you start and you push yourself you WANT to keep going. This program has not only helped me meet my weight loss goals, it has also done SO MUCH for my self confidence. I set my mind to do something and I did it!     I found out that I could run and do so many other things I never dreamed of! I have been overweight my whole life. I had a baby 5 months ago and was 60 lbs over my normal weight. D-E-S-P-E-R-A-T-E for something.

    Not only has the weight dropped off (I am down 14 pounds and halfway through the program), but I am able to run with my stroller.

    I love the outside options on the cardio days. I love being a Stay at Home mom but I have to get out of the house sometimes!

    I spent 2 months doing the Jillian Michaels program. I never knew I had diastasis recti and searched the internet after 2 months of the Jillian Micahels program and no difference in my waistline.

    I have two children, 4 and 2yo, and discovered Lindsay Brin just after having #2 (a friend lent me her bootcamp dvd- loved it!) Last year, I completed her original 60-day workout program and loved it, got great results from it, and purchased this weight loss program as the next step up, to help me get into my best shape, and my strongest core before getting pregnant with #3. I have completed 3 weeks, and lost an inch around my hips, as well as my waist. This, after hitting a bit of a plateau, was amazing for me! The workouts are challenging, but doable, you push yourself, get just enough of a breather to push yourself more, and she gets you maximum benefits in just around 30 min a day!

    One additional, unexpected benefit I’ve noticed, is it seems to have greatly improved the prolapsed bladder caused during the delivery of my 9lb2oz second baby. I mean, after two years and kegels, I was not expecting much more improvement in that area, but (forgive the TMI…) I literally noticed significanty less of a ‘bulge’ down there after three weeks of this pretty fierce program. Wasn’t even expecting that, and now I am that much more prepared for next pregnancy. LB’s inner core stuff is SOLID, and SOO beneficial for the mom body.

    Another praise I have to add (sorry for such a long review), is the customer service. I received my DvDs in a damaged case (fault of post office) and Moms into Fitness was very prompt and helpful, and sent me a new case at no cost to me, with no hassel!

    I have Diastasis Recti. I never knew what it was, then realized after watching the intro in this DVD set that I had it. I have been training my abs wrong for years! And even making the Diastasis Recti worse!

    I started with a 4 finger width separation in my abs. It is now down to 2 finger widths and I am ready to move to the other core workouts.

    If you have diastasis you HAVE to buy this workout. And if you don’t have diastasis recti you HAVE to buy this workout!

    I have tried everything out there! From P90 to Insanity to Jillian Michaels. No matter what I did my stomach would not go down, and I am pretty fit and petite.

    This is the first time I have seen ab muscles in years! I have 2 year old twins and thought it would be impossible.

    I am so glad I found Lindsay because she takes care of moms and pays special attention to the core. I used the Diastasis Recti Core workout until it healed, then was able to move on to the other 4 core workouts. And it totally worked!

    Brilliant!! I stumbled upon LIndsay’s prenatal dvd at Target when I was pregnant and then started the post natal boot camp 3 weeks post delivery with my second child. I lost 15 lbs in just two months with the bootcamp and now have started the Pretty Fierce Weight Loss program. The bootcamp was good, but I find that this program is SO much better! The workouts are short, intense without being overwhelming, and most importantly effective (as a mom of a 4 year old and a newborn, fast and effective is just what I need).     I am a runner and when my running partner told me about LIndsay’s workouts with the Hybrid Running schedule for 10k and half marathons I knew I had to try them. I feel so much stronger when handling my kids and I love seeing muscle definition where I never thought I’d see it again. I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life and I feel like I am more toned than I have ever been. The workouts are hard, but I enjoy them and like having a set workout every day. It keeps me motivated to get up and exercise every morning. I plan to start Pretty Fierce Lean Out next. If you’re looking for something to change your body and make you feel better, this program is challenging but will get you results.

    I was a Lindsay Brin fan after buying her pregnancy DVDs at Target. I tried a few other things after using her Postnatal Boot Camp and just did not see the results, or enjoy the workouts. I am one week into these workouts and mad I ever left Lindsay Brin! You cannot go wrong!

    Have you seen those commercials, you know the ones with the crazy before and afters. I just always thought YEAH RIGHT! There is no way anyone can lose weight at home! Well I since have learned that is wrong. My story seems to be a typical one I hear. I got married, had kids and slowly forgot about myself. As I worked full time and took care of my kids I just never took time for me. Three kids later and I was very overweight. I always used the excuse that since I worked full time there was not time for me to workout. One day i decided that needed to change. I started Pretty Fierce Weight Loss and LOVED IT. The workouts were short enough that I could fit them in, but still were a great workout. I won’t lie. They are not easy. You sure have to push yourself, but You can do it! I found that for me the best time to workout was after the kids were in bed. I told myself I would finish the program. After 4 weeks I was SHOCKED to see the number on the scale. I could not believe I had lost 12 lbs! It kept me going. I followed the meal plan and stuck to my calories. I found new and healthier food for my family, and best of all I had so much more energy. I got so much more done, and played more with my kids. At the end of the 8 weeks I lost 22lbs and a total of 22.5 inches! I could not have been happier. I decided to do the weight loss program again. I am half way through and down another 9lbs and 10 inches. I plan to do Pretty Fierce Lean Out next! I still have a ways to go but, I have learned that taking care of myself is a priority. As I do that I am able to be a much better mom. The new clothes are a total plus as well! :) My husband has even lost 12lbs just from my healthier choices in our kitchen. I will forever be grateful to Lindsay Brin for her program for all It has taught me. It has changed my life.

    I consider myself not healthy or fit. And I struggled through the first week of these workouts, in a good way. Sore every week for all 8 weeks. BUT I am down 16 lbs and I am not flabby everywhere (still have some places to work on).

    I wish I had found these earlier. It was December and I found myself unhappy in all of my clothes. I followed the metabolism tracker and meal plan, as well as the exercise calendar. Over the Holidays I lost weight and now I am even more motivated to continue to lose!

    I always know how much effort I put into a workout by the ending result. Every workout kicked my butt and I was drenched in sweat. It was so GREAT! While this workout is intense, I really enjoyed the workouts. The way these workouts are scheduled together, you never get bored of doing the workout. It is muscle confusion at its finest. Lindsay is so encouraging during the entire workout which makes you push yourself to the next level. She’s so positive and explains the exercises very well. Being a stay at home mom with 2 kids (a one year old and a school aged child), it is hard to find time to work out, however Lindsay has mastered the shorter, intense, 30 minute workout so you have the ability to fit it into your schedule. I am happy to report, with her help, I have lost inches, which is something that I have been struggling with. I am happy with the ending results, but still am looking for more and am looking forward to my next workout with Lindsay Brin.

    As with all of Lindsay’s DVDs, I love them! I have been using these DVDs for about a year now! I have not lost the amount of weight I wanted, but I have toned and trimmed down and am definitely smaller! I have more energy and feel better too! As a stay at home, homeschooling mom of eight children 12 and under, I need quick and effective workouts! These workouts fit the bill! Customer support is also awesome!     I used to work out outside of the home doing Boot Camps, Bar Method and running. I just wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. And with my adopted daughter coming home I knew I needed something convenient.

    I am a mother of seven (!) and I LOVE THIS PROGRAM! I was totally at a loss of what to do with myself. I was 42 pounds overweight and have not been able to stick to an exercise routine EVER. I decided after baby #7 was born I was going to finally get my body back! I was introduced to Lindsay’s DVDs back in 2004 and have done them off and on over the years My kids love doing them with me sometimes! I had Diastesis Recti and sometimes even looked pregnant when I wasn’t. She sends encouraging emails, helps with diet through videos she sends you and keeps you on track with her app. I used all the helps and was faithful to the program and lost 11 pounds and am down 7.5 inches total body including 2 inches off my waist alone!! This helped so much with the D.R. that I am even down two jeans sizes! I just started my second round of this program today and am so excited to keep going. The workouts are never boring. I smile at Lindsay everyday and the change in routine helps me stick to it. Lindsay and her staff even sent personal emails when I would write them and tell them of my progress. They truly want to see you succeed and I was thankful for the personal touches. Lindsay is a real wife and mom who has the expertise and science behind her exercise from her studies. EVERYTHING reliable that I have read about weight loss online agrees with what I am doing through her program. The daily menus and advice helped so much too. If you buy this, be sure and do all the online helps and get the app because it really does help add to the achievements! And don’t trust the scale at first because you will tone up so much and therefore gain muscle. It will change your metabolism. After my week off, in between my two eight weeks, I was still losing but I didn’t see the scale move until about week 4 of my first 8 weeks. if you are considering this, do it! It will be the best money you ever spend on yourself!
