    My favorite program yet! Wonderful wonderful program. As part of the R and D group I have just loved this program. I am leaner and much stronger. I no longer struggle to pick my kids up. I feel healthier and slimmer. Love the work outs. They are tough and to the point. My back side has never looked so good! Lindsey and the moms have out done themselves!

    When I first started the whole routine the first week, I thought I would curl up on the floor & die after the first ten minutes. It went for 40. But it got better… I started running (serious dedication) and by the next time Total Body Endurance was on the schedule, I finished it in plenty of time before the girls had finished and could have done a little more so I stuck in a ab workout. This program works – with some serious dedication for a few weeks & doing at least a little calorie counting, you can easily shed some of the love handles you’ve been holding to. Love Lindsay’s yoga, positive attitude & NO SWEARING… what more could a mom with little kids around need? (Maybe new clothes on the way!!)

    Seriously you couldn’t ask for a better workout!!! As a busy mom of 4 when I workout I need to get the most for the short time I have and this workout really delivers!! I am lucky enough to be a part of the R & D group for these workouts and after the first time I was hooked. I felt both challenged and encouraged through out this very difficult workout and I saw that each time I made the commitment I felt stronger. I have more energy and have already lost 5 pounds!

    I am in week 5 of 9 in this workout and I love it! The workouts are challenging but doable. Even though I have been working out for a while, I found these tough! I love that there is so much variety! I never get bird because there are so many different workouts. The workouts range from 15 minutes to an hour- totally fits into my busy mom life! I love the convience of a home video plus the meal plan to stay on track. I love that there are options also. For the anaerobic workout days, I can choose to do the video or run- which I prefer for variety. I can already tell I am faster on my 3 mile run and can see definition in my arms and abs! Awesome!

    What a tough workout! She keeps you moving and you dont stop! The only way to get through some of the workouts is by reminding yourself how you will feel/look afterwars. There were times when I wanted to quit it was difficult, but kept going and got amazing results! I was chosen as part of the R&D group and the results that I have received are amazing! Lindsay knows what she is doing!!
    I highly recommend this to lose the last few pounds!

    What can I say, this workout is awesome! It will get you results. I started to lose weight my first week into this program. I could not believe it as that does not come easily for me. I am within a few pounds of my goal weight, so I have to work extra hard to see the scale budge. I have done P90x and various other “hardcore” workouts, but I can honestly say that they have nothing on the Total Body Endurance and Total Body Strength workouts in this series. Wow! That being said, you will still find yourself wanting more because Lindsay Brin is great at providing variety and mixing it up so that you don’t get bored. In addition, it is fun to see your body transform and the feeling of accomplishment when you realize you are able to complete workouts that seemed impossible the first time.

    I am currently in the research and development group for this program and am on week six. I love it and was thrilled to be a part of it. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with any Lindsay Brin workout, but this one will really get your body to that top fitness level. She works it all, strength, endurance, aerobic and anaerobic. If you want to be more fit and tighten up, this is the workout for you. It will challenge you and you will feel amazing as you notice results in the mirror, on the scale, measurements and your basic endurance for exercise. It is empowering!

    So if you are still waiting to buy this, don’t! Lindsay is the most likable workout guru you will ever have the pleasure of working out too. She is up on her research and really knows how to get you the most effective workouts possible, without devoting half of your day to working-out. I have all of her prior DVD’s and downloads. I can’t say enough good about her or her products. I get asked about my workout routine and I can’t wait to brag about Lindsay.

    Lindsay will make the most of your workout time, especially in this series. She is a down to earth likable woman. I was first inspired by her when I learned she was a mother and did a blog about getting her body back, and as you can see her body is AMAZING! I saw her stomach and said I need to do whatever she does. I wasn’t wrong. My stomach is tighter and I can even seem some muscle definition. I have confidence that if I am doing her workouts and following her recommended calendar, I am getting the most of my workout time and will stay in good shape. When I have a few too many trips to the desert trays and notice my pants are a bit tight. I go straight back to her workouts and get results. This one is no different, and I know that I myself have noticed the most change with my fitness level with this series. Try it, you can’t lose (well…only weight).

    This work out is the most challenging program I’ve ever done and I love it. I have done almost all of Lindsay’s other programs and I jumped at the chance to be part of the R&D team for Lean Out. If you want to challenge yourself to get a better body and get in better shape, do not hesitate. Buy this program!! You feel so amazing after you get your workout completed each day. Lindsay and her team are so motivating and encouraging and they push you to go harder. You won’t regret trying this program!

    I have been a huge Lindsay Brin fan ever since being introduced to her trimester-specific prenatal workouts and her first Postnatal Bootcamp DVD, which were part of my course curriculum when I studied for my Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist Certification with American Fitness Professionals and Associates. I missed being a part of the Research and Development team for the initial Pretty Fierce: Weight Loss program because I was either still pregnant or very newly postpartum when that R&D took place, but I was super excited to be selected to participate in R&D for Lean Out. I’d worked out throughout my pregnancy (including with Lindsay’s prenatal workouts, among other programs) and resumed exercise soon after delivery. In my first few months postpartum, I mostly focused on weight training and mixed in a little running and other moderate-intensity cardio. I did very little HIIT. When I started Lean Out, I remember thinking, “Wow, I thought I was in decent shape!” The first few Total Body Endurance workouts kicked my booty! But in a good way! I am only three weeks into this program, but I can already feel an improvement in my cardiovascular capacity as I complete the workouts. I love that she packs so much into such a short time, keeping all of the workouts well under an hour, with some closer to half an hour. I am a busy mom, so I want a workout that hits strength and cardio conditioning in one and leaves me feeling like I really spent my time wisely – and this workout does that. I can’t wait to see my results when I finish this program and am already recommending it to others without hesitation!

    I have been a fan of Lindsay’s for a few years now and was thrilled to hear that she was releasing some more advanced workouts! I got the privilege of being part of her research and development group and have to say that it has whipped me into shape. As of week 7, I have broken a 15 year plateau with the scale. I am BEYOND thrilled. This is something I never thought was possible. The workouts are challenging but fun. I am always dripping sweat when I’m done and just have loved the awesome feeling they have given me. There is a great amount of variety and she is super fun and motivating! They are also time-sensitive and usually done in about 30-40 minutes (which we ALL appreciate as moms)! Would definitely recommend these workouts! You owe it to yourself – see what you can really do!

    I have been working out with MIF since my youngest son was 8 weeks he is now almost 2. I am part of the R&D team for this program. I have lost more then my baby weight. I am smaller now then when I graduated highschool! These workouts are Fun and Fast. I am in the best shape of my life and LOVE every minute of it!

    I expected this DVD package to be horribly difficult, and 1 week into it it is extremely difficult – but in a good way! It actually motivated me to extreme levels that I’d never expect out of myself! I’ve learned to love exercising, I even love the Flex Schedule days where I can choose to do the run routine Lindsay provides (and get out of my house for once) or do the Anaerobic Capacity workout (which I could not make through the entire workout the first time). I totally recommend everyone buying this! I have tried everything out there, everything on TV, gyms, classes like the Bar Method. And for the 1st time I am seeing rapid results in just the 1st week! And it’s in less than 45 minutes unlike a lot of the other programs I have tried. You cannot go wrong.

    And one more thing. The Nutrition Webinar totally rocks. 5 minutes of stuff I really can do being a mom of 3. Like eating within your perimeter and drinking water at certain times of the day. It even has a meal plan to follow for the first 3 weeks to accelerate fat loss. It’s accelerating!

    Let me begin by saying I am a fan of Lindsay brin and have been waiting for these DVDs to come out since this summer!

    A few things you have to know!

    1) Upon placing my order (I ordered both Weight Loss & Lean Out) I got an email with the first few workouts. I was so excited because I was already giving myself the excuse of “I will start eating better when I start the program”. SO this got me off on the right foot. Although I have to admit I watched the workouts first so I could decide which program to use. Lean Out looks hard and let me just say I was panting watching the first total body workout! So I started with Weight Loss. Even the Fit Test had me flat on my back!

    2) I was 3 days into the workout portal when my DVDs arrived. I did the Fit Test, Tabata and Cardio Plyometrics, holy smokes! Quick and efficient. The DVDs are top notch. Even the packaging is awesome. It’s like a cd case with those soft sleeves that we all use for our kids DVDs. So it fits nicely on my shelves and will last forever.

    3) The Meal Plan is totally doable. It does not deprive – although I have to admit going to low/no carbs after 4:00 is hard!

    4) I have not done it yet. But after 2 weeks of the meal plan you move to the nutrition portal. I watched the first video of the nutrition portal. Again totally doable! Things like not using artificial sweeteners and no BLTs. I know this will help me so I am never 30 lbs overweight on January 1st again!

    5) The Facebook Group is awesome.

    6) I am not a runner but tons of the ladies in the Facebook group are talking about how Lindsay is putting together a half marathon and triathlon training schedule to go with these workouts. That will be me goal in 4 months after I get through both of these 60 day programs!

    I started this program right after 1 month of insanity. I was 7 months pp, and had hit a total wall in my weight loss! I had not lost any weight in 5 months and was still 10lbs heavier then I wanted. I had been working out 6 days a week since 2 weeks PP and counting calories. I tired Insanity, running, heavy weights, bodyrocktv, at home crossfit workouts and could not budge the scale!
    I felt frustrated and defeated, I am 27 years old and I have 2 kids. My oldest is 4.
    I started Pretty Fierce and loved it from the very beginning. There was not one workout I didnt like. They were creative, fun, challenging, they kept my attention and they seemed to fly by. They were fun and definitley got my heart rate up and made me sweat!
    I am now down lower then my prepregnancy weight. And the definition in my arms, shoulders, back, legs, and abs is unbelievable! This is a great workout and will get you the results you have been looking for!!

    I am a huge Lindsay fan, so I was chomping at the bit for these DVDs to arrive in the mail – and as usual, she did not disappoint. She has increased the intensity with each workout series I’ve tried, but the best part is, the workouts don’t get longer. They just get more efficient, and there is nothing I love more than a workout that makes me feel like I’m dripping with sweat and about to die…and then it ends. I don’t want to lift for 60 minutes with Tony Horton and then feel like I’ve barely started sweating (sorry, Tony, but I’m not pressing 150 lbs). I am sweating and out of breath 5 minutes into these workouts and then, 35 minutes later, I’m done. I don’t have to get up at 5 AM to have enough time to get in a good workout before the rest of the house wakes up, and Lindsay always knows exactly where I need the most work (that’d be my thighs…hips..tummy…glutes…the usual!).

    2 words – HOLY SMOKES! These workouts are tough! And I have done everything out there from Turbofire to Tapout. Within 3 weeks I was down 8 lbs, even though this isn’t called the weight loss dvd. And the workouts are quick, except for week 1 when you are pretty much flat on the floor in the first 30 minutes only to realize there are 20 more minutes to go! Don’t get me wrong, they go fast, but that first week of workouts, wow! I think I lost 5 lbs the first week.

    But most workouts are done in 30 or less which I appreciate as a mom of 4 kids under 6.

    I am giving it 4 stars because it is too intense for me. It looks like a great program, but being 10 months postpartum it is too much for me. Lindsay definitely knows her stuff, but I am going to have to start with either her postnatal dvd series or the weight loss program.

    Lindsay Brin’s Pretty Fierce Lean Out series of videos is exactly that, and more! This set is not for the faint of heart, so if you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, you should probably start with something less intense.
    You will need weights in these sets; Lindsay recommends the lowest weight you use be 10 lbs. I love how you can see the preview at the bottom of the screen of what’s coming up next in the routine. Rather than just jumping into the next move, you’ve got a heads up along with a complete demonstration of proper form. This really helps us newbies get the most out of our workouts—making sure you’re doing the movements correctly makes a big difference in a dull ache in your muscles and a real BURN.
    Each video is 30 minutes to 1 hour in length, which is terrific if you’ve got an especially hectic day and you can only squeeze in half a workout. The Lower Body Endurance, for example, is about 30 minutes in length. Don’t let that fool you, those hinges are tough!
    For an all in one routine, which I was a big fan of, I like the Total Body Endurance. It’s about 45 minutes in length, and it gives you the most diversity in the workout. It starts off with a slow warm up so you don’t have to do one on your own ahead of time. You once again get the previews in this video, and individual instruction on the exact movements before the exercise begins. The ladder 10’s were unlike anything I’d ever seen in any other fitness regimen, which is a common theme in these videos, and keeps it fun! The walking push ups are seriously tough, but I’m already feeling great results from this move alone in my arms. Lindsay also gives you your breaks in these videos, so no pausing and starting, or picking up the remote to select the next segment. And you are going to need them! This workout is seriously intense, involving a lot of jumping and physically demanding exercises. Be prepared!
    Once you’ve developed a comfort level with these routines, the Total Body Strength is an ideal complete 1 hour workout that you can kick out at the end of the week which incorporates everything from the other videos. This video is the fastest paced of them, not stopping for time for instruction on each move like the other videos. It is definitely the most advanced, and is very difficult to complete if you’re not in top form!
    Overall, this workout series is very difficult, and should only be attempted by those who are already in relatively good physical shape. I could not personally complete the videos because I’ve been out of the game for too long, however, as I build up my endurance, I expect that this will create a fresh challenge once I conquer the Weight Loss series. If you’re already past that point, this a notch up from that series and the next logical step that will definitely yield results!

    This is serious business, in a good way. I have been in plateau for the better part of a year, trying everything I could. And this did it in the first 2 weeks.

    I had a hard time keeping up with the girls in the Total Body Workout, but I just did it again in the final week and I can keep up! I am stronger, leaner and finally rid of the 5 lbs that have been hanging around for 1 year. 1 year to find this program. It works. It really works!

    I am doing my best to follow the weekly nutrition bits like the 12 Don’ts. It’s easy to follow, I just have to do it. I can see why after following this nutrition webinar (you start it after the initial 2 week meal plan) one would never have to diet again. It is laid out really well. Really easy to follow.

    So overall this program hits every button. And Lindsay makes it easy for moms. Not an easy workout – but easy time management and easy nutrition with 7 kids at home.

    Love this program. These workouts are quick and to the point. Although the first week, i thought i was going to die! I’ve done marathons before, which are very hard for mom’s to train for without waking up at 5 am, but these workouts can be done in under one hour whenever you can fit them in. And the best news is that I am seeing more results than I saw when I was marathoning. I’ve got 2 weeks left and when I’m done, I think I’ll start again!! The variety in the workouts is great too. I’m never bored. If I ever find the time to marathon or half marathon again, I’m still going to find a way to fit these workouts in. They are awesome. You won’t regret this purchase come swimsuit season!

    When I first started these workouts, my thought was–I’m may not make it! After a few days of getting the hang of it, I was hooked! These workouts are both fun and challenging. As someone who gets bored with workouts easily, I feel like the different combinations are making me stronger and giving me more energy.     I went swimsuit shopping 2 months ago for our upcoming vacation. I have always battled the last 8-10 lbs. although I work out a lot. Looking at myself in the mirror I realized I HAD to get the last 8-10 lbs off, especially since I carry it in my belly. And I want to wear a bikini for my husband and I’s first vacation without kids!

    This program blew off those last 8- 10 lbs. And when I say I have always battled the last lbs I mean I have battled them for 10 years, 3 kids and 5 days/week workouts.

    I am an avid exerciser and always looking for more. I have tried all the BeachBody programs. I even tried the MMA fighting program and Jillain Michaels. Saw good results with all of them.

    But this set I have enjoyed the most! The results were nothing short of great! I really enjoy Lindsay and the fact that all moms are on set with her.

    The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish there was some sort of maintenance program. Pretty Fierce Lean Out is the last of the series. Although I think I saw she is releasing a Sports and Movement Pretty Fierce Series. I just want something now! Maybe round of Lean Out:)

    This program has increased my V02 max, which was a goal of mine when I introduced cross training into my marathon schedule.

    I have always been pretty fit – or so I thought until I tried Total Body Endurance on Day 1. It had me on the floor!

    All of the cross training has helped my cardiovascular system. And the strength has made me faster in my runs. And the bonus abs I am starting to see, well that’s a big bonus!

    I have 2 sets of twins under the age of 6. I was desperate to get my body and my energy back. I worked out with Lindsay during my pregnancies up until 22 weeks, then had to stop due to my doctor’s restrictions.

    This last time I was unable to get back into working out until my twins were 6 months old. 2 sets of twins took all my time!

    I knew I wanted to workout with Lindsay. I had tried all sorts of other programs after my first set of twins, and never saw the ab definition like I saw when I did Lindsay’s Postnatal workouts.

    If you have never tried Lindsay’s workouts – they are the best out there! If you are deciding between her workout programs – I LOVE the Pretty Fierce Series. Short, tough, killer core workouts and results!

    I am so excited to go to the pool this summer! I have been hiding this body for the last 12 years, exhausted and barely able to keep up with my 6 kids. And for the first time ever I feel confident I can keep up with my kids at the pool this summer, and wear a tankini, maybe even a bikini!

    I started with this workout set, then moves to Pretty Fierce Lean Out. I lost a total of 24 pounds!

    I really enjoy Lindsay. She is so down to earth and really easy to connect with. ALthough some morning I hated her at 5 am, and again at 10pm that night when I couldn’t walk. She is a breath of fresh air!

    I LOVE the variety! Especially including some cardio/anaerobic bouts in the weight lifting sessions, but still having it be heavy on the weight lifting.

    When I compare it to the beachbody programs, which I’m only doing to have something to compare with, here are my thoughts. I enjoyed LO much more b/c I felt like it was pretty all inclusive, where BB programs seem so all or nothing, one way or the other. I enjoy my program offering it all.

    I especially loved the longer workouts. I saw several times that many people who have done several varieties of workouts, PFLO was the best they had ever done. The other thing I appreciated this go around was you all using the heavier weights and the intense focus on push ups. Thanks to both of those I got tons stronger, can do quite a few push ups now, and am continuing to get stronger and increase my weights. Thanks so much for challenging me!

    I am a runner and when my running partner told me about LIndsay’s workouts with the Hybrid Running schedule for 10k and half marathons I knew I had to try them. I had always wanted to integrate strength training into my routines, I just did not know how. Now my runs are faster and my core is stronger. I have even lost 2.5″ off of my waist, I guess 50 miles a week couldn’t do that, I had to integrate strength training. I am 8 weeks into the Half Marathon Hybrid schedule with Pretty Fierce workouts.

    I am new to this whole working out thing. But I had to do something after having kids. I have gone through Pretty Fierce Weight Loss 2x, and am now going through Pretty Fierce Lean Out (the sequel). I am totally hooked. And now I am even incorporating a mini triathlon into my training (which Lindsay provides hybrid calendars so you can do this without researching it).

    I was about 10 pounds overweight but my main issue was my belly still looking pregnant and my booty chasing me every time I ran. I was totally jiggly! I have lost 12 pounds and am tighter than ever. I did not think it was possible. But I am so excited about it!

    My husband refers to my exercises it as “Brinning”, because I’m always talking about Lindsay Bring or doing my Lindsay Brin exercises. I have used her videos from my first trimester to now (and my baby is 11 months old). They are fantastic, I love her style/personality, and I have gotten so much out of them (education on fitness as well as becoming fit). It feels great to be 11 months post-birth and in the best shape I have been in since high school. I have muscle definition that I never knew I could achieve and I just generally feel fit (good energy level throughout the day). So looking good and feeling good, thanks to my “Brinning”.

    I used the prenatal DVDs, then Boot Camp after the baby came, then I moved onto Pretty Fierce Lean Out. Boot Camp helped me lose the baby weight, then Pretty Fierce put the muscle definition on me. Wow, Lean Out is tough but I got great results FAST.

    I will definitely keep using Lindsay Brin’s DVDs. I recommend them to all my friends who are preggers or trying to lose their baby weight. Can’t recommend Lindsay Brin enough!

    I just had my first baby 10 months ago and worked out with Lindsay all pregnancy long. Post-baby, I have loved her Bootcamp DVDs and just finished “Lean Out” today. I never thought I’d get my body back, but with bootcamp I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight by 10 weeks. With Lean Out, I feel stronger and have more endurance than ever. I can’t speak more highly of this program. I’ve recommended her DVDs to anyone who’d listen! I’ve done P90X, Jillian Michaels, Insanity and so many others- nothing got me into shape like the Lean Out program…I drop 1 min and 24 secs off my fit test run. Something I never thought I could do! The best thing about this program is it’s manageable. All the workouts are less than an hour, but most are under 40 minutes. That doesn’t mean they are easy- I’m sore for days after her lower body workouts! You’ll be sweating all workout long with this program. I highly recommend this DVD set.

    Ay Carumba! I thought I had tried it all! Mudderella, Insanity, Chalean Extreme. I think this tops the charts – in regards to my results.

    I was amazed at how far I could push myself. The workout were really challenging, yet encouraging.

    I enjoy working out with other moms and knowing it is possible to be in better shape!

    You will NOT find a better program than this. Lean Out is amazing. I have muscles i never thought possible and I am in the best shape of my life. I promise if you get this you will love it !

    I started out with Pretty Fierce Weight Loss. Got hooked on Lindsay’s personality and teaching style. Have now done 2 round of Lean Out and never felt better. It took me years to find out that if I felt better about myself and my health I was a better mom. If you are on the fence, start with any of Lindsay’s programs and you will be pleased with your new outlook on being a mom!
