I am a mum of one, and I am from Sydney Australia.

After having my beautiful little girl late June 08 I was left with loose stomach muscles and loose skin :( after losing the baby weight I still could not get rid of my mummy belly.

While in the hospital I was told I had Diastasis recti and was given stomach bracing exercises to do, but didn't really see a great deal of change. After typing Diastasis recti into Google I came across a link to Lindsay Brin’s website I was so excited to try her DVDs that I brought three of them :)

Istarted with Core Firing Sequence Method, and then went on to the Boot Camp 2 I took photos before and after I started and saw a big change…I was so excited. I am now working out with Lindsay’s workout downloads and I love them. I would live to see more 10 minute toners :)
