Shed 5 Fast Contest

After 6 weeks I lost 4 pounds, 2 inches in my waist and 2 inches in my hips!! I fit into all my pants now, including the slimmer ones :)
My name is Ashley and I did the Shed 5 Fast video and loved it!
I'm a mom of 3 little kids. Logan is 4 1/2, Gavin is 2, and Jane is 4 months.
For my workout regimen I teach aerobics, kickboxing, yoga, and toning at our church building 4 days a week. I read Amy's story who was in your Postnatal Boot Camp, Boot Camp 2 and Core Fitness for Moms DVDs. It sounds an awful lot like mine. People were teaching the workout at my church and they were moving and I didn't want the workouts to end so I volunteered to teach. 3 years and 2 more kids later, I'm still teaching.
My daughter Jane was a little over 2 months when I started the Shed 5 Fast DVD. I weighed 130 pounds, my waist was 31" and my hips were 39". Here is a link to the start of week 1 from my blog.
6 weeks later I weighed 126 (not quite 5 pounds, but close), waist was 29", and hips were 37". So after 6 weeks I lost 4 pounds, 2 inches in my waist and 2 inches in my hips!! Here is the link to the end of week 6.
I have lost 5 pounds since then, but not in the 6 week period (took me 7 weeks). I fit into all my pants now, including the slimmer ones :)
Because I had this goal to lose weight fast and I had a deadline, it made me be more aware of what I ate as well (and WHEN I ate.) I now make it a goal to drink at least 1 glass of water a day, which unfortunately wasn't the case before. I'm trying to be healthier which in turn helps my family be healthier.
I can't wait to see what else my body can do as I continue to push it as I strive for my goal weight of 119.
