4 weeks goes by way too fast when you're trying to become a hottie and have a loooooooong uphill road with lots of bumps and curves that have been permanently etched into the landscape.

Lindsay had just the right equipment to help dig me out from under the mountain, though!

I'm sending this pose because if I make a big enough fool of myself at the beginning, I'll work even harder to lose it by the end. Besides, it gives such a great view of my thighs, tummy pooch and back rolls. Our kids are going to have to stop calling me soft and squishy sooner than later, poor dears! Of course, the 7 of them are the cause of all those curves....

I know the contest is geared for moms, but I'm sending in my hubby's, too, as extra incentive for him since we're dropping pounds together. He can keep up with P90x, but he's puffing hard after 1 core session with Lindsay and is really impressed with how fast he can work up a sweat and get his heart rate up. Tonight he said now that he's tried Dance Jam once with me he'll never do it again. Ever. :-) The strangest twist after a month - I dropped pounds like ballast and Jeff apparently gained mucho muscle. Both of us are more than happy with the results!
