The moms at Moms Into Fitness want to hear your success story! Whether it is getting your body back (even though your youngest is 12 years old), fitting into that new pair of jeans, or losing 5 pounds we want to know about it!
Success is what happens when you stay consistent. This year don't rely on pure willpower, it works for very few people. And willpower can turn your positive energy into negative energy when you don't see results. Try MOTIVATION...pull out the jeans you've been dying to squeeze into or a picture of you at your best!
Remember that 3 weeks can make or break a habit. You can be consistent for that long, right? You don't have to get healthy or lose weight for the purpose of looking better, but FEELING BETTER.

Not to be boring, but moms have rules!
- The contest ends March 15th. Your success story will be judged on your success in 6 weeks (which is based on the Shed 5 Fast 6 week program). So we want to hear your 6 week success story between now and March 15th.
- Only honest stories will be judged.
- A "before" picture or video taken on Day 1 and an "after" picture or video in Week 6 are required. Please use the date stamp on your camera. Again, only honesty here (absolutely no Photoshop or similar programming)...a new winner will be determined if we find any dishonesty. *If you have problems with the time stamp you can mail your before picture now (with name and date written on the back) to: Moms Into Fitness, Inc. PO Box 29225 St. Louis, MO 63126.
- Email your success story to themoms@momsintofitness.com with a subject line titled Shed 5 Fast Contest by March 15, 2010 12:00 a.m. EST.
- The Shed 5 Fast DVD must be part of your story.
- Feel free to use www.youtube.com as part of your story submission. We always love getting to know our moms! Your story can be done with video only OR 2 photos and a written story.
- The best success story wins! You will not be judged solely on the amount of weight/inches lost (although it helps!) Your story can be an uplifting, life-changing, fitting into your jeans from 12th grade, gaining more energy, losing 2 pounds, conquering your fears or just feeling better about yourself. You decide what you want to write in your success story (as long as it's honest).
- And finally, submitting your story gives Moms Into Fitness, Inc. the right to display your story/pictures/videos.

Failed attempts at a weight loss New Years Resolution can be draining. So apply consistency and a little common sense (especially when the Holiday treats are still staring you in the face). Don't diet, but start to teach yourself a little about nutrition, it's half the battle. Your family can benefit from you learning about nutrition as well!
