DVDs:
The moms at Moms Into Fitness®, Inc. hope you are pleased with your purchase! At any time, damaged or defective DVDs will be replaced for the same item. Contact Jess within 30 days at themoms@momsintofitness(dot com). Then simply mail the DVDs to us and we will refund 100% of your money.
Once your order is processed it is automatically sent to our fulfillment house so that you receive your DVDs quickly. Therefore, it is hard to cancel any order that is placed, no cancellations on DVD orders.
Digital Copies:
The technical age brings great things to the video world! But for that same reason and copyright protection, Digital Downloads are final sale. Combination DVD/Digital Downloads are final sale, unless your package is unopened with the security tab attached. Please contact themoms@momsintofitness (dot com) with any concerns/questions.
