KIDS ZUCCHINI STIX
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons dry bread crumbs (seasoned or unseasoned)
- 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 2 small zucchini, cut lengthwise into quarters
- 1/2 cup your favorite spaghetti sauce
- Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Combine egg white and milk in another dish. Dip each zucchini stick into both mixtures and place on baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve with sauce.
KIDS TURKEY ROLL-UPS
Ingredients
- 4 slices thin sliced turkey (or ham)
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- Place 1 slice of cheese on top of 2 slices of turkey. Roll tightly and cut into 4 sections.
KIDS MEXICAN ROLL-UPS
Ingredients
- 4-4" flour tortillas
- ½-1 cup cream cheese
- Rotel tomatoes or salsa, drained, to your liking
- Mix cream cheese and drained Rotel tomatoes or salsa. Spread over each tortilla, roll tightly and cut into 4 sections.
KIDS BEAN QUESADILLAS
Ingredients
- refried beans
- shredded cheese
- 2 flour tortillas
- Place refried beans and shredded cheese between 2 flour tortillas. Either toast in toaster oven or toast in a pan on the stove.
KIDS MINI PIZZAS (with hidden spinach!)
Ingredients
- 1 bag of fresh spinach
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Steam spinach in a microwave-safe dish, with a few teaspoons of water. Puree spinach and mix with pizza sauce. Place over pizza crust and cover with cheese. Bake in the oven (or toaster oven) at 350 degrees for 3-7 minutes.
*You can use English Muffins or Pre-made pizza crust from the store.
*The kids can use a cookie cutter to cut their size of pizza dough.
