Back Pain after pregnancy is very common. For example, if you do a plank position and feel your back pain more than you feel your stomach muscles working you need to regain the integrity of your core. You can get rid of this back pain during a plank by activating your Pelvic Floor and Transverse Abdominis (see here). If the back pain still occurs, and it’s right after pregnancy and having a baby, you may need to back off the more advanced exercises and start with training your inner core.
